Ingredients
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt alternative)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or preferred milk alternative)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and Prep: Thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables. Peel and chop the banana into slices.
