Ingredients

Instructions
- Prep vegetables: Wash and chop the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and peel the garlic.
- Blend: Combine the chopped vegetables, olive oil, vinegar, seasonings (salt, pepper, cumin) in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. For a thicker soup, soak the bread in water and add it to the blender.
