Ingredients

- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9″x13″ pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients (flour through oil) and mix until crumbly.
- Reserve ½ cup of this mixture for the topping, adding the cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients (buttermilk through egg).
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the reserved topping.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
