Louisiana Voodoo Fries are crispy, golden fries loaded with smoky Cajun seasoning, gooey cheese, and spicy sauce. A bold Southern classic, perfect for game nights or backyard gatherings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large Russet potatoes (cut into fries)
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup jalapeños (sliced)
  • ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
  • ½ cup Voodoo sauce (mayo, sriracha, Cajun seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying or air frying)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut and soak fries in cold water (30 mins) for crispiness.
  2. Preheat air fryer or oven to 400°F.
  3. Drain and pat dry the fries.
  4. Toss fries in olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Air fry or bake until golden and crispy (20-25 mins).
