- 1 box Chicken-flavored Rice-A-Roni the heart of the dish
- 1 10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup , for a creamy base
- 1 cup Cooked chopped chicken , rotisserie or leftover works great
- 1 cup Sour cream for tangy creaminess
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Rice-A-Roni according to package directions. Add optional vegetables like peas or carrots toward the end of cooking.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked Rice-A-Roni, chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
