Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • ½ cup of frozen mixed berries blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • 1 small banana peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup of Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt alternative
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk or preferred milk alternative
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and Prep: Thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables. Peel and chop the banana into slices.
  • Blend and Combine: Add spinach, frozen berries, banana, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and protein powder (if using) into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Strain and Serve: For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Pour into small glasses or shot glasses, garnish if desired, and enjoy your breakfast shot.
