Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups iceberg or romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup salami diced

  • ¼ cup pepperoni sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • ¼ cup banana peppers sliced
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup cucumbers sliced
  • ¼ cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled (optional)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Base: Wash, dry, and chop your lettuce or vegetables. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Dice the Ingredients: Chop all deli meats, veggies, and cheeses into bite-sized pieces for even distribution.
  • Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
